I'm a formerly flabulous, currently fabulous runner who decided she was tired of being fat and unhappy and took the road losing 100 pounds in the process. 

Running has become my therapy, my morning cup of coffee, and a good part of my social life. It is part of my retirement plan, my wellness plan, and my life's goals. 

Whether you have barely laced up your shoes, or are a seasoned runner, I have a program that fits your style.
