Welcome Marathoners and Half Marathoners!

My marathon training program is designed to take you from casual runner to marathoner or half marathoner. The program is very new runner friendly, and walkers are always welcome!

Training for the Seattle Rock and Roll Half or Full Marathon began on January 21, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

Time: 9:00 a.m. every Saturday!

Location: Jennings Park in Marysville (Armar Road Entrance).
