My marathon training program is designed to take you from casual runner to marathoner or half marathoner. The program is very "new runner" friendly, and walkers are always welcome!
Training for the Rock and Roll Seattle Full/Half begins on January 21 or 28 at 9:00 a.m. at Jennings Park.
Training Includes
- 22 Week new and experienced runner friendly training schedule

The following classes are available for registration NOW through the City of Marysville Parks Department.
- Get off the couch 5k class
- Train for the Seattle RnR Half Marathon
- Train for the Seattle RnR Full Marathon
- Base Builders/10k class
