Tuesday nights we meet at 6:00 PM at Jennings Park to run together for 4-5 miles. There is no charge for this training it is simply friends getting together and running. If you'd like to get to get know the class, feel free to drop in on us! Sometimes there are only a few, sometimes there is a whole bunch! All fitness levels from walkers to runners are welcome! We decide the plan and announce it in our Facebook group, Journey Fitness Runners! Just look us up on Facebook and click "join group".
This class is currently on hiatus for the season. If you are interested in a high intensity interval training program for your group of five people or more for $5 a person with a 10 session commitment minimum at your place of business, school, or home, please contact me on my contact form or by calling me at 425-238-6273.
