Health and fitness is a combination of health factors that allow us to perform at tip top condition, feel good doing so, and avoid lifestyle related diseases. Activity is only part of the puzzle. While daily exercise is imperative to good health, that alone doesn't equal true optimal health.
We all know that no matter how well we eat, we can't eat our way out of the impact of a sedentary lifestyle. By the same token, we can't exercise our way out of the impact of a poor diet!
That's where Journey Fit Club and Journey Nutrition comes in. Health is like a three legged table. If one leg isn't working, the table eventually topples. You can workout, feel mentally and emotionally strong, but if you're not fueling your body appropriately, you'll eventually feel the crash.
Journey Fit Club is a program where we work together toward lasting weight loss. Let's face it, we all know how to diet. That's not the issue. The issue is making that lifelong change that truly sticks. In this program we combine dealing with the mental/emotional issues we all deal with, a fun and challenging (but accessible) fitness program, and the Journey Nutrition program for lifelong changes that stick. This is the same program I use to keep my 100 pound weight loss gone.
