Classes change through the seasons! I offer the following programs:
My running groups are for new and returning runners and walkers who want to set a goal and meet it in a fun atmosphere with camraderie, education, and direction.
Running programs run throughout the year. We choose a race, train for the race, and meet together to run the race. Race distances are from 5k to a half marathon.
Running is a fantastic way to get in shape and stay in shape. It also enhances other areas in your life by providing balance, an energy outlet, and stress relief. Running with a group helps with focus and accountability. When the long run looms and the morning is chilly, knowing you have friends and a coach waiting for you will get you out of bed!
As a runner, I have run over 100 races, including 16 marathons. My goal is to arrive at the finish line well trained, have new and enjoyable experiences along the race route, and finish feeling strong and ready to do it again!
