Journey Fitness Wellness Programs
Studies show that people looking to improve their fitness and improve their health achieve significantly greater results when using a trainer. An effective personal trainer can guide you, motivate you, and educate you. Trainers provide accountability and discipline. A good trainer will work with you to help you achieve your personal goals.

If you are interested in training for anything from a 5k to a Triathlon, I am here to help. Set your goal race, communicate with me about your current fitness, complete an evaluation and I can set up a safe and sound training program to help you reach the start line confident and ready to race!

Free Fitness Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Tory's fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.

The Fitness assessment measures:

  • Body fat
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Physical endurance
  • Muscle strength
The initial consultation, which includes a full fitness assessment and discussion of your goals, is free. After we meet I will set up a website portal for you that will provide you with a complete fitness evaluation and suggestions to help you meet your goals. After that we decide together what program will be best for you.

Local Personal Training

Local options include:
  • Monthly subscription with full website access, personalized fitness program, one meeting where we weigh, measure, and workout once a month, and daily emails to evaluate your workout and nutrition.
  • Running classes
  • Other classes (boot camp, trail running, etc.)
